All of our pizzas are made in a traditional Clyde Park wood fired oven. We have a philosophy of using local produce and much of our vegetables and herbs are grown in our two vegetable gardens on the vineyard.

Pizzas

Buffalo bill: Tomato base, mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, herbs and Shaw River Buffalo mozzarella

Acropolis: Tomato base, mozzarella, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onion, pumpkin, spinach, pine nuts, feta & topped with fresh oregano

Peking duck: Ginger, baby spinach, red onion, hoisin sauce & mozzarella topped with coriander

Middle Eastern: Lamb slow roasted with cumin, garlic and pine nuts, hummus, capsicum, onions, feta and topped with a spicy capsicum dip

BBQ Chicken: Tomato, chicken breast, red onion, mozzarella cheese, and BBQ sauce

Smoked ham: Tomato base, mozzarella, red onion & smoked Istra ham

Sticky Pork: Marinated Western Plains Pork slow roasted in a sticky Asian sauce with sweet potato & asiago cheese served with Asian slaw

Hawaiian: Tomato base, mozzarella, pineapple pieces & smoked Istra ham

Mexican: Tomato, Sekita salami, roasted peppers, corn, red onion, topped with jalapenos and sour cream

Garlic Prawn: Mozzarella, red onion, zucchini, garlic prawns, topped with salsa verdé

 

Salads

Crunchy slaw with creamy mayonnaise

Potato salad new potatoes, crushed eggs with a chive and bacon dressing

Green Salad,  with fresh rocket, toasted walnuts, shaved parmesan, pear and honey mustard dressing.

Woodfired marinated skewers: marinated chicken and tandoori chicken

Ribs:  marinated lamb in rosemary and thyme & smokey BBQ pork

Sandwiches: Clyde Park’s housemade sandwiches: chicken with mayonnaise and parsley, rare roast beef with tomato relish, salmon with dill and capers and egg salad

Desserts

Cake for Dessert: we can bring a cake made by our Clyde Park Patisserie Chefs. Each cake costs $6 per person attending
